Introducing William B. Miller, President

Mr. Miller has held a variety of positions throughout his career in higher education. These positions have included dean of students, director of church relations, director of financial aid, dean of admissions, executive assistant to the president, and vice-president for enrollment management. The institution-specific enrollment strategies the Miller/Cook team has designed for over 200 campuses have involved traditional undergraduate, transfer student, adult learners, and graduate and professional student audiences. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Bethany College (KS), Southern Illinois University, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and Harvard's IEM Program.

Meet Catherine R. Cook, Ph.D., CEO & COO

Dr. Cook began her career in higher education as a faculty member in the psychology department at Roanoke College. Subsequently, she has served as the assistant dean for academic affairs, director of academic support services and freshman year experience program, chief retention officer and director of advisement, director of admissions, and vice-president for enrollment management. She blends her knowledge of research, program design, and skill development to help clients better understand the defining characteristics of their institutions and roles in the enrollment management process. Dr. Cook is a graduate of Bethany College (WV), Washington State University, and Harvard's Professional Development Program.
