William B. Miller, President Bill has held a variety of positions throughout his
career in higher education. These positions have
included Dean of Students, Director of Church Relations,
Director of Financial Aid, Dean of Admissions, Executive
Assistant to the President, and Vice-President for
Enrollment Management. The institution-specific
enrollment strategies he has designed for over one
hundred campuses have involved traditional
undergraduate, transfer student, adult learners and
graduate and professional student audiences. Bill is a
graduate of Bethany College (KS), Southern Illinois
University, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State
University, and Harvard's IEM Program.
Catherine R. Cook, Ph.D, Chief Executive Officer
Catherine began her career in higher education as a
faculty member in the psychology department at Roanoke
College. She has subsequently served as the Assistant
Dean for Academic Affairs, Director of Academic Support
Services and Freshman Year Experience Program, Chief
Retention Officer and Director of Advisement, Director
of Admissions, and Vice-President for Enrollment
Management. She blends her knowledge of research,
program design, and skill development to help clients
better understand the defining characteristics of their
institutions and roles in the enrollment management
process. Catherine is a graduate of Bethany College (West
Virginia),
Washington State University and Harvard's Professional
Development Program.
Philip T. Malinoski, Vice President
Phil Malinoski has twenty years of financial aid
administration and enrollment management experience. In
addition to serving as a consultant to colleges and
universities, he has held positions at Northeastern
University, Yale University and Saint Joseph College. He
has experience in both financial aid and enrollment
management and research. He has held the positions of
director of financial aid, director of student financial
services and director of enrollment research. His
consulting experience includes conducting financial aid
operational reviews and audits for post-secondary
institutions and state agencies as well as helping
schools design financial aid strategies and budget
models that support enrollment and net revenue goals. He
holds a M.Ed. from Northeastern University and holds the
Certified Financial Planner license.Mark T. Osborn,
Vice President - Operations
Mark brings over twenty years of progressive, pro-active
experience in higher education, including 10 years in
senior leadership positions managing people, resources
and information. He has extensive experience in
admissions, change management, curriculum development,
discount rate management, enrollment management,
financial aid, human resource management, marketing,
registrar, recruitment, retention, strategic planning
(Cabinet and Board level), teaching/training, and team
building. He has held successful positions such as:
Director of Adult and Continuing Education, Director of
Admission, Executive Director of Admissions and
Financial Aid, Dean of Enrollment, Vice President for
Enrollment Management, Chief Retention Officer. Mark is
a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and
holds and MBA from LaSalle University.
Judith L. Camp, Office Manager (Marco Island)
Judy brings to Miller/Cook & Associates, Inc. extensive
experience in a variety of human service professions.
She has shared her knowledge of quality service delivery
with organizations as diverse as Glassboro State College
and Raritan Valley Country Club. She has also owned and
operated successful wildlife art galleries in Southwest
Florida. At Miller/Cook & Associates, Inc. Judy manages
client relations and coordinates video-conferencing.
Judy attended Saint Petersburg Junior College where she
studied nursing.
Nancy G. Behrens, Chief Financial Officer
With over 20 years of experience in the accounting
field, Nancy has been with Miller/Cook & Associates,
Inc. since 1995. She is responsible for all fiscal
operations of the company. Prior to this she owned her
own business. Nancy attended Virginia Commonwealth
